Commissions
I accept commissions for personal use through Artistree. I offer both stylised character illustrations and portraits, so let me know which option you're interested in and share the reference pictures or photos you'd like me to work from. Commissioning me is quick and easy, and if you're unsure of anything, no need to worry - I'll guide you through the process and send regular updates.​

Terms of Service
By commissioning Megan Hayes (the Artist), you agree that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.
General

Terms of Service and prices are subject to change. You (the Client) will only be subject to the ToS agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

I (the Artist) reserve the right to reject any commission.

Payment

Payments will be accepted through Artistree.

Full payment is required before starting a commission.

When the commission is accepted, an invoice will be sent via Artistree, due in 7 days.

If payment of the invoice has not been received after 7 days, the commission will be cancelled.​

Delivery
-
Estimated delivery is within 2 weeks. Estimated time for completion will be provided upon receipt of full payment.

One update will be sent once a sketch of the artwork has been completed for approval. Minor revisions, if possible to accommodate, will be accepted at this stage.

After approval of the sketch is agreed, no further revisions will be permitted.

You (the Client) can request further updates at any time via email or direct message.

All completed commissioned artwork will be delivered digitally only, in both .jpeg and .png format.

Usage and Copyright

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only.

Commercial use is prohibited. Including but not limited to; reselling, distributing, reproduction, commercial printing, use for AI and NFTs.

I (the Artist) retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.

I (the Artist) reserve the right to use the commissioned work for self-promotion, i.e. online and in my (the Artist’s) portfolio, and will credit you (the Client) as the Client.

You (the Client) are prohibited from editing, altering or removing the Artist’s signature from the artwork without my (the Artist’s) consent.
-
The intellectual property of the commissioned work, i.e. your original characters and original designs, remain with you (the Client).

Refunds

I (the Artist) reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, in this event, you (the Client) will receive a full refund.

No refunds will be issued once artwork has been started or after completion.
