Disability History Month
Commemorative Postage Stamp Series

This project answers a set brief from the first trimester of second year BA Illustration, designed to draw focus onto Disability History Month. This begins each November and exists to raise awareness of the challenges faced by those with seen or unseen disabilities, relating to human rights, equality and diversity. I’ve decided to illustrate contemporary disability advocates from British broadcasting and media. I wanted to achieve a set of stamps that celebrated the individual and challenges the idea that disability has inherent limitations through focusing on representing their life’s work and professions.

Untitled Visual Novel Game Concept

An untitled game concept illustrated digitally as a self directed personal project, returning to my education and love of games design. Each character is inspired by a creature from medieval folklore combined with a medieval profession, existing within the game world's interior and exterior church environment the visual novel narrative revolves around.

Echo and Narcissus

A self initiated project to illustrate a series of colouring pages retelling the myth of Echo and Narcissus, available as a printable zine on my ko-fi shop. The illustrations are accompanied by text in the final printable zine.

Oxford English Dictionary Postcards

Answering a brief set by Cambridge School of Art to illustrate randomly assigned words that were new entries to the Oxford English Dictionary. The final product is a series of postcards exploring editorial illustration, where understanding semiotics is crucial to communicating complex, sometimes abstract concepts. Words illustrated include: High Elf, Lunar Calendar, Trapped Wind.
