As part of my second year of BA Illustration, I've chosen illustrate a series of eight zinc hard ground etching and aquatint prints inspired by “The Handsomest Drowned Man in the World” by Gabriel García Márquez.​ I've enjoyed working with traditional printmaking methods, particularly focusing on tone and how this creates atmosphere and fosters sensitivity in my images. The series consists of six A5 and two A6 zinc plates, in both portrait and landscape orientations, printed on Fabriano paper.
